Celebrating National Children’s Day Together
This past week we celebrated National Children’s Day in Guatemala, a special day to celebrate all the kids in our lives!
This year, our teachers planned a big safari-themed celebration at school. The kids came dressed as explorers and animals, and some even brought their own pets along for the fun.
There were games, a petting zoo put on by Wilmer and Fernanda, and plenty of time to enjoy meeting the animals. And, of course, no celebration is complete without a special treat...this one included McDonald’s burgers for snack! 🍔
We’re grateful for every opportunity to celebrate our kids and give them days filled with good memories. 💙
