FOCB Board Meeting Update
Our Friends of Casa Bernabé Board of Directors met last week in New Jersey for a weekend of discussion, work, fellowship, and retreat. You can meet our current Board members HERE.
Our Vice Chair, Connor McGettigan, and his wife, Betza (former Casa Bernabé staff member and current Team Coordinator for FOCB), hosted us in New Jersey and made sure we got to try all the delicious local foods. A generous member of their church invited us to use their house for the weekend where we were able to spend some quality time in person with each other after many months of working via Zoom calls from all over the US and Guatemala.
As a Board, we took time to really thank God for the amazing provision and blessings FOCB and Casa Bernabé have received over the last year. We are endlessly thankful for each of you and your generous hearts toward this ministry, and we know it all comes from God as our source.
Edgar and Sara were invited to speak at Connor and Betza's church, Converge Church, and share about what God has been doing lately at Casa Bernabé.
We were also able to spend great time working on some exciting projects for the future of FOCB and Casa Bernabé, and we'll be sharing those with yofu in the coming months. Each of the seven members of the Board have a deep heart for Casa Bernabé, the kids, and the staff, and we are always available for any questions you might have for us.
